Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The staff were polite and ready to help. (I appreciated their effort).
I found the shower's temperature control defective. It made finding a warm temperature a frustrating exercise. It was either scalding hot or cold. This made showering a bit of a chore each day.

Really good hospitality and super clean accommodations

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I found the on-site dining to be quite enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety. The outdoor restaurant served amazing food, I even dined there almost every day. The rooms were very spacious and featured very good amenities.
I noticed that the gym equipment was somewhat basic.

The lobby manager assisted with arranging an early check-in. The staff also kindly helped me with my luggage to the room, this was very thoughtful. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus to the mall and Kite Beach (a nice bonus!).
